Come learn and discuss with us as we explore a wide variety of topics related to slow living, restorative rhythms, and real relationships over a cup of tea!

This month, we’ll learn from Sarah Callahan about how to eat healthier without getting totally overwhelmed or breaking the bank. Sarah and her husband, Michael, have worked hard to stick to their grocery budget, while gradually trying to incorporate more organic, ethically-raised, fair-trade, etc. products to their diets. They’ve also navigated special diets related to food allergies, gut issues (low FODMAP diet), and blood sugar instability (low carb, Glucose Revolution approach). In time, reading labels, making substitutions, selecting healthier snack choices and the like has become easier, and she would love to share that knowledge with you!

If you want to eat better, but feel overwhelmed by all the information out there, come chat with a local mama with lots of experience weighing out values, needs, preferences, and resources when it comes to food. You’ll take home cheat sheets and recipes to help you apply your learning and will leave feeling empowered to reach your personal goals around cleaner eating.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, 5/25 at 10am, at Sarah’s house. The address will be emailed to you upon registration.
